When you practice gratitude, everything becomes enough.
“When I found my voice and my worth, I stepped into healing my own wounds. From there, I felt empowered to find who I really was. Once I quieted the chaos in my head, I found my passions. To this day, I stand strong in helping others without taking from myself. ”
About April…
I know what it feels like to not be in control with who you are. I know what it feels like to lose your voice, to pour into everyone else’s cup but your own- leaving you depleted to live your own life.
I lost who I was- I was busy care-taking for everyone else but myself. I grew up quickly and always felt as if something was missing- I wasn’t sure what my life’s passion was, but I knew that I was constantly fighting with one person: myself. I was mad at the world. One little thing would set me off and I’d explode. No one knew what to do with my anger or depression. I knew I couldn’t live the rest of my life like this, and I didn’t want to.
When I found my voice and my worth, I stepped into healing my own wounds. From there, I felt empowered to find who I really was. Once I quieted the chaos in my head, I found my passions. To this day, I stand strong in helping others without taking from myself.
I’ve been where you’ve been.
This is why I do what I do.
It’s for you.
